Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

All items are bespoke and made specific to every individual request therfore we are unable to accept returns on personalised items as we are unable to resell them or reuse the materials from the products , however if the item arrives faulty or an error has occurred on our behalf, we will accept these. However we must be notified by email within 14 days of the delivery date, of the fault along with photographic evidence. All returns need to be authorised no returns are accepted without our prior authorisation, so please contact us to arrange a return.

Exchanges 

We will exchange any defective product that may have manufacturing problems , Non personalised items only, can be returned for a exchange or a refund, by notifying us via email within 14 days of delivery. It is the buyers responsibility to pay the return postage costs and we would recommend that any returns are made through a track able service as we can not be held responsible if the returned item does not reach us.
