Care & Display
Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. If needed, a small amount of mild detergent on the cloth is safe — never apply liquid directly to the crystal. Avoid abrasive cloths, scouring pads, or chemical cleaners.
Display: Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent heat stress to the optical glass. For best effect, place on an LED light base (sold separately) — the backlight brings out the full depth of the 3D engraving.
Material: Solid optical-grade crystal glass (optical crystal) — never acrylic or resin. Finish: Clear, polished optical glass with your photo laser-engraved inside, so the image never fades. Handcrafted in Britain.

How long will my crystal take to arrive?
